| Abstract: | This paper proposes a famework for analysing a firms investment justfication problem in advanced manufacturing technoligies to take competitive advantage in the liberalized economy and global market.To analyse such a problem,the firm requires both tacit and explicit knowladge and effective process for developing such knowladge within and across the boundries of the firm.It has been attemped in this paper to explain to startegic model which has facilitated the process of effective management of knowledge and the as the unique resource for value creation and maintenance for an indian electronic manufacturing enterprise. |
