| description.abstract | Pyridinocholaphanes based on cholic, deoxycholic and lithocholic acids with ethylenediamine and m-xylylenediamine as spacers were synthesized using Cs-salt methodology. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of their IR, NMR and FAB mass spectral data. The NMR techniques, DEPT13C{1H}135/90 and HSQC{1H–13C} were used for the detailed assignment of the carbon atoms of the pyridinocholaphanes. | en |
